2. Agreement

3. Terms of procurement of goods

4. Confirmation and fulfillment of orders

Customer pays the value of the contract at the prices specified in the order. If the product cannot be delivered, the operator may offer an alternative product with similar features and price that the customer has the right to accept or refuse.

Gas-experts.com will decide from which warehouse an order will be fulfilled.
Gas-experts.com will decide if an order will be canceled for any or for no reason and no liability can be raised else than the refund of the amount paid.

5) Deliverance of products, Right of Withdrawal
During the cooling off period the Customer shall treat the product and the package carefully. He shall unpack or use the product only to that extent to as far as it is necessary to judge if he wishes to keep the product. If he does want to execute the right of withdrawal, he shall return the product with all accessories and -if reasonably possible- in the original conditioning and packaging to the entrepreneur, in accordance with the provided reasonable and clear instructions of the entrepreneur.
 Deliverance of Services:
After the deliverance of services the Customer has the possibility to disband the agreement without giving reasons during at least 14 days, commencing on the day of the entering into the agreement.
In order to execute the right of withdrawal, the Customer must abide by the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the entrepreneur at the offer or finally at the deliverance of the service.
 Withdrawal Costs
If the Customer executes the right of withdrawal, he will have to pay no more than the costs of returning the product and any restock fee if exists.
If the Customer has made a payment, the entrepreneur shall pay back this amount as soon as possible.
No other liability can be raised by the customer than the refund of the amount paid less the return shipping cost and any restock fee if exists.
 Exclusion Right of Withdrawal
The entrepreneur can exclude the right of withdrawal of the Customer for as far as foreseen in previous paragraphs. The exclusion of the right of withdrawal applies only if the entrepreneur has clearly mentioned this at least in time before the conclusion of the agreement.
 Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is possible for the following products:
A) Which are established by the entrepreneur according to specifications of the Customer. This includes planks to custom specific dimentions or any other custom order.
B) That they are clearly personal in nature.
C) Which cannot be returned because of their nature.
D) That can spoil or age quickly.
E) Whose price is bound to fluctuation on the financial market which the entrepreneur has no influence.
F) Items in special offer or in clearance offer.
G) Items of very low cost, gifts given with items, group sales, lot items sales.
H) Individual newspapers and magazines
I) For audio - video recordings and computer software or any other item of which the Customer has broken the seal.
 Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is possible for the following services:
A) Concerning lodging, transport, restaurants or to spend leisure on a certain date or during a certain period.
B) Whose delivery has begun with the express consent of the Customer before the consideration period has expired.
C)Concerning coupons, discounts, tickets, betting and lotteries
   
Time and cost of delivery
 
In the case of delay of the supply regardless of the reason, the operator of GAS-experts.com will inform the customer about it and said a new delivery date.

B) That they are clearly personal in nature or under special order.
C) Which cannot be returned because of their nature.
D) That can spoil or age quickly.
E) Whose price is bound to fluctuation on the financial market which the entrepreneur has no influence.
F) Items sold in special discount, in clearance offer, seasons sales ,discontinued items etc.
G) Items of very low cost, gifts given with items, group sales, lot items sales.
H) Individual newspapers and magazines.
I) For audio - video recordings and computer software or any other item of which the Customer has broken the seal.
 
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is possible for the following services:
A) Concerning lodging, transport, restaurants or to spend leisure on a certain date or during a certain period.
B) Whose delivery has begun with the express consent of the Customer before the consideration period has expired.
C) Concerning coupons, discounts, tickets, betting and lotteries.
 
The amount shall be refunded to the same account or card from which the payment is received.
In case of return of the goods and claim from the customer, he is obliged to communicate with Gas-experts.com and indicate the order number and date of the purchase of goods.
For the purposes of these terms , " user" is anyone who accesses the Internet to the website Gas-experts.com
